BooksWhale publishes carefully made games inspired by classic stories, public-domain works, and original design. These terms explain how the Games pages, standalone game releases, purchases, and support requests should be understood.
The Games pages on bookswhale.com introduce BooksWhale game projects and may link to official releases on App Store, Google Play, or other approved distribution channels.
BooksWhale Games is not a separate subscription brand. It is the game publishing area of BooksWhale. If a game is distributed through a third-party store, that store's account, download, payment, refund, and platform rules also apply.
Standalone games may be free, paid, subscription-supported, or include platform-managed purchases depending on the release. Pricing, taxes, regional availability, refunds, purchase history, family sharing, and store-account access are handled by the platform where the game is obtained.
BooksWhale may update pricing, supported platforms, release timing, and availability as production and store review conditions change. Unless a store listing explicitly promises otherwise, buying or downloading one version of a game does not guarantee access to every future platform, sequel, expansion, or separate release.
Some BooksWhale games may be inspired by public-domain stories, myths, historical settings, philosophical texts, or other source material. Public-domain source material remains public domain.
The original game layer, including design, code, mechanics, art direction, scenario writing, interface, level structure, audio treatment, branding, and presentation, is owned by BooksWhale or used under license unless otherwise credited.
Games are provided for personal entertainment, learning, and cultural exploration. Do not redistribute, resell, repackage, scrape, extract, or publicly host BooksWhale game files, artwork, audio, writing, or interface assets except where allowed by law, platform rules, or a written BooksWhale license.
